Square stainless scale with backlit display

$145
Current as of 2026-10-28

This square portion control scale features a high-contrast backlit display that ensures visibility in low-light kitchen environments. The stainless steel platform provides a hygienic and durable surface for weighing a wide variety of food items. With a 33 lb capacity, it bridges the gap between small kitchen scales and heavy-duty industrial units.

The integrated tare function allows users to subtract the weight of containers, ensuring only the contents are measured. This is particularly useful for complex food prep where multiple ingredients are added to the same bowl. The square design offers a stable base for larger items, preventing tipping during the weighing process.

Designed for precision and speed, this scale is an asset for any kitchen focused on portion control and waste reduction. The sleek metal finish is both professional and easy to maintain over time. It provides the accuracy required for consistent recipe execution and inventory management in a busy culinary setting.
